Thank you PatrickFarrell! It's very helpful answer, i was thinking of moving DNS on AD but Not DHCP at inatial stage bceuse there will be a lot work but later i will as Microsoft dhcp have more features.

DNS is the more important of the two for Active Directory.  If you get that one, you will be good to go.
